You will be made very welcome if you wish to visit us during shop hours. We are open Monday - Saturday 10.00am - 5.00pm excepting bank holidays. If coming to look for a particular item please telephone first to check that we have stock available (or similar items) to avoid a wasted journey.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept payment by credit and debit cards through our online system operated by HSBC Bank Plc. You also have the option of sending your payment details separately by post or telephone should you wish.

When confirmation of order is received, this is only to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. If the goods you have ordered are no longer available we will contact you and if no alternative is acceptable we will refund your payment.
Shipping And Handling We use Royal Mail for small packets and various courier services depending on the size, weight and destination. We normally only ship to mainland UK. If you live on an island around the UK please telephone & we will contact our couriers to check additional charges. Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer and may incur additional charges, especially on bulky or heavy items. We reserve the right to split deliveries.

Damage In Transit, Any goods found to be damaged on arrival MUST be inspected with the courier and ONLY signed for as damaged, preferably with details of the damage noted against your signature. Retain all packaging & contact us immediately. Give us details of any damage, together with any details given by the courier. We are unable to process a claim after 3 working days. No claim can be made for damage unless this policy is adhered to.
Delivery Schedule We will pack & send your order for items in our stock within 3 working days. We will notify you (usually by email) should there be any further delay.
Goods not in our stock will be subject to supplies from manufacturers over which we have no control. If you require information about delivery times prior to placing your order please email or telephone for expected delivery dates.

You will be notified (usually by telephone) when goods being sent by courier are ready for dispatch so that you can make any arrangements for their safe arrival. Most items will need to be signed for & couriers will not leave goods without a signature. Most courier services reserve the right to make additional charges, payable by you, should they make a wasted journey. Alternatively you may have to collect the goods from their delivery centre.
Back Orders If an item is not in stock, we will notify you (usually by email) and back order for you.

You will be notified (usually by telephone) when back ordered goods are ready for dispatch so that you can make any arrangements for their safe arrival.
Tax Charges 15% VAT is included in the prices shown on each product page. The checkout page will split the Goods & VAT into seperate parts. A product shown as £11.50 Incl. VAT will show as Goods £10.00 & VAT as £1.50 in the checkout stage.
Credit Card Security We use HSBC secure ePayments for your transaction when an order is placed via our website. Credit Card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are not sent to us nor are they held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All of our products come with a full manufacturers guarantee with a minimum 1 year period from date of purchase. Some items, or parts of items, may be excluded and subject to fair usage - for example batteries, bulbs etc. Some items may carry an extended warranty that is provided by the manufacturer. You should read & keep any information supplied by the manufacturer & retain your proof of purchase in order to benefit from these warranties.

Corrosion We will not assume responsibility for corrosion or any other resulting damage where products are used or stored in areas in which fertilizers, salt or other chemicals are present, either in the air or in the soil, or where stored in humid conditions such as under plastic covers etc. Occasional rust seepage from crevices and hidden unfinishable surfaces, inherent in most designs, is considered a care and maintenance function and is not considered a finish flaw. Should you notice discolouration on painted products it can usually be cleaned away using soap & water or a non-scratching cream cleanser. Touchup paints are available for many products to apply extra protection. Ensure the object is completely dry before storing away. Some preventative maintenance may be required to keep products clean & lubricated. Failure to maintain your product is not covered by any guarantee.

Privacy Policy PARTERRE does not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

This does not apply to Trade supplies or bespoke items made to special order.
Remittance Terms All goods must be paid for in full before dispatch.
